Executive Committee

Antonio Megna, Chair:
Antonio is a community organizer who has worked on campaigns and with candidates for over a decade. Born and raised in Mechanicsburg, his career has taken him across the country to work with numerous elected officials, agencies, and municipalities. As Strategic Planning Chair for CCDC, he created the committee’s first strategic plan and oversaw the 2025 campaign efforts. As chair, he continues to fight for forward-thinking policies and support hard-working candidates that believe in helping people.

Jeff Adams, Vice Chair:
Jeff is a Carlisle native that has served multiple non-profits over the years, including the Carlisle Tool Library and Farmers on the Square. He’s worked in construction and maintenance for over a decade and see’s the growing pains affecting our county. Providing safe housing, connecting people to locally sourced products, and building a community that prioritizes resiliency and ingenuity is what drives him to serve the community.

Katie Juliana, Vice Chair:
Katie was born and raised in Cumberland County, first in Camp Hill, then Mechanicsburg where she attended middle and high school. In college, she completed a double major of sociology and social work because social work felt like the “doing something about it” partner to sociology. She has carried that ethos throughout a career of more than a decade in child welfare, and now, work in politics. She has been serving as the young dem’s Events Chair since April 2025. She is passionate about community building and ensuring people feel supported as they explore getting more involved in local politics.

Toni Fitzgerald, Secretary:
Toni is a longtime freelance writer and editor who now works in higher education communications and lives in Mechanicsburg. She believes passionately in equity and inclusion and has focused her career on serving nonprofits and universities who embrace this work. Creating a better world for her two children by improving access to community resources and addressing systemic inequalities drive her to “run” — both for office and in local charity road races.

Johnny Freidhoff, Treasurer:
Johnny was born in Holy Spirit Hospital and spent his childhood growing up between Mechanicsburg and Johnstown. He’s worked for Amtrak for sixteen years as an electrician. Johnny truly loves his job and feels lucky to spend time near nature. For CCDC, He’s been part of the building committee, a pcp, co-chair of the events committee, and assistant treasurer. As treasurer, he will diligently maintain our finances, pay our bills on time, fill out reports for the county and state, and safeguard our economic future.

State Committee Candidates

Tom Fink

I am a partially retired psychologist who became actively involved in politics in 2016 following the disturbing first election of Donald Trump. I served several years as co-chair of the Camp Hill Democrats and then won election to my first four-year term as a member of the PA Democratic Committee representing Cumberland County.

My involvement in the State Committee includes participation in the Progressive Caucus and
duties as Communication Chair of the new Climate Action Caucus. I was elected to the Camp Hill Borough Council in 2023, where I also serve as Council Vice-President

I am running for a second term on the PA State Democratic Committee. I want to continue the serious work of supporting Democratic candidates and progressive policies at the local and state level. I am an FDR-inspired Democrat who believes our party needs to return to its working- and middle-class roots. I support a fairer and more progressive income tax structure, representative government, elimination of the electoral college, health care for all, increases in the minimum wage, and expansion of labor unions, environmental stewardship, and aggressive climate actions to combat global warming.

I am pleased to report that I have been endorsed by “Our Revolution,” the organization founded by Bernie Sanders that is helping to mobilize citizens to challenge the excessive role of money in American politics, as well as to support “a government that puts people and our planet first.”

Sandy Wolfe

Sandy is a lifelong Democrat, grassroots organizer, and proven leader with deep Pennsylvania roots. Born in Derry, a historic working-class town in Westmoreland County, she was raised in a multigenerational family that valued hard work, community, and civic engagement.

After settling in the Harrisburg area, Sandy found her political voice early—declaring herself a Democrat at just 14 in a Republican household. She quickly got involved as a proud “Kennedy Girl,” organizing, volunteering, and even helping bring her own family into the Democratic Party.

Her commitment has never wavered. Sandy served as President of the Lemoyne Democratic Club and was elected Committeewoman in Mechanicsburg, where she helped turn her ward into the first Democratic-majority ward in the county. She later ran for and won a seat on the Pennsylvania State Democratic Committee. Sandy has served on the State Committee since 1984!

At the state level, Sandy has been a force for inclusion and reform. She rewrote party bylaws to create caucuses across Pennsylvania, expanded women’s representation to meet national equity standards, and helped establish what are now known as Constituency Caucuses—giving more voices a seat at the table. She also spent years mentoring Young Democrats and supporting party efforts across the state.

Professionally, Sandy built a career in management, media, and public service, including roles with WHP Radio-TV, PennDOT—where she managed a $100 million budget—and the City of Harrisburg.

Sandy believes strong parties are built from the ground up. She remains committed to supporting local volunteers, strengthening Democratic infrastructure, and ensuring every voice is heard.
